High School-North associate athletic director Chuck Dailey recently completed all requirements of the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association and achieved distinction on the certification examination, thus acquiring the designation of "Certified Athletic Administrator" (CAA).  Congratulations to Mr. Dailey!

Lady Cavaliers defeat Pocono Mt. East to capture second consecutive Mountain Valley Conference championship.

 

Cavalier cheerleaders win Freedom Cheerleading Competition;  Capture silver medal at District XI Championship Competition

 

Lady Timberwolf senior Monae Baker and her teammates celebrate Monae's becoming the first female T-Wolf in North school history to score 1,000 points.  Monae's 1,000th and 1,001st points led the Lady T-Wolves to a 45-41 overtime victory over Notre Dame.

 

The Timberwolf boys' basketball team and varsity cheerleaders celebrate their victory over the Cavaliers which returned the "Exchange Club Cup" to High School-North.

 

TIMBERWOLVES' JOCELYN DAVIS WINS DISTRICT XI AAA

GIRLS' TENNIS SINGLES TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIP

High School-North senior Jocelyn Davis defeated 2-time defending District XI AAA Girls' Tennis Singles Tournament champion Chelsey Ott of William Allen H.S., 6-0, 6-4 to capture the 2007 District XI Championship.  At left, Jocelyn is flanked by her proud father and mother, Howard and Wendy Davis, as well as Timberwolf Head Girls' Tennis Coach Betty Aponte.  At right, Jocelyn is being interviewed by RCN TV-4 sportscaster Gary Laubach.

 

Cavalier junior Amr Aldeen (photo, left) earned the gold medal at the Mountain Valley Conference Cross Country Meet at Lehigh University.  Amr traversed the course in 16:37.9 to easily out-distance his closest competitor by nearly a minute!  At right, T-Wolf cross country runners (l-r) Heather Deacon, Erisa Rodriguez and Dominique Perez, lead the assembled runners, coaches and fans in a patriotic singing of the Star Spangled Banner.

 

Coach Res Montgomery and her Timberwolf Boys' Tennis Team proudly display their Mountain Valley Conference Boys' Tennis Championship Trophy.  The T-wolves completed the regular season undefeated and qualified for District XI Team Tournament competition.  Pictured are (l-r): front, Gian Garcia and Tom Leeds; back, Brian Garcia, Gerald Robbins, Kevin Aquino, Mike Spadola, Nick Trama, Dan Koski, Arthur Meyer and Coach Montgomery.

 

Coach Dawes Dunham and his Cavalier boys' cross country team recently captured the Mountain Valley Conference Championship.  The Cavs finished the MVC season with a perfect record of 12 wins and 0 losses.
