As an extension of Monroe County's four school districts, MCTI provides tuition-free career and technical education for secondary students of Monroe County. Each school day, students attend a half-day at MCTI and a half-day at East Stroudsburg High School North. MCTI offers its students opportunities to learn specific career skills and training which prepares them for entrance into the workforce or post-secondary education.
