Among the college preparatory curriculum, honors level courses are available in all areas of instruction. Advanced Placement courses are available in Calculus, English, U.S. History, and Government. Gifted and accelerated students may take part in the Honors Seminar Program. Elective Courses are available in required subject areas (English, Math, History, Science) as well as Foreign Languages (Spanish, German, and French), Business, Art, Vocal and Instrumental Music, Home Economics, and Technical Education. Students 10-12 have an additional opportunity to enroll in one of the 20 different half-day programs at the Monroe County Vo-Tech School. Opportunities for independent studies in a given area are also available upon approval of a given faculty member and principal.
