The athletic program at ESHS-S features ten boys' and eleven girls' PIAA sports teams, in addition to a co-ed rifle team, co-ed cheerleading squads, a co-ed step team, marching band and band front. Sports include football, field hockey, boys and girls soccer, cross country, rifle team, tennis, golf, basketball, wrestling, swimming, baseball, softball, and track and field. Also, out-of-season programs, such as intramural swimming, intramural basketball, indoor soccer, indoor baseball, indoor track, and indoor softball are provided. The weight room is available after-school everyday under the supervision of an adult.
