Directions to put in a Work Request

1. Go to http://esasd.net/schooldude.
2. Choose either Maintenance or Technology request.
3. Enter your email address.
4. If you're a new user, you may need to type in your last name, followed by some basic profile information. Please ensure your phone number, extension, and email address are listed correctly so you may be contacted if there are questions about your request.

You are now ready to place your work request.

To place a work order

1. Select your location in the dropdown menu and type in the room number.
2. Click on the icon that best describes your problem. (you can only choose one)
3. Explain your problem or request. Be as specific as possible.
4. For technology items, include the ESASD Inventory tag number. This number is located on a sticker on the piece of technology and looks like this:
   
5. Fill in the best time to address your issue without disturbing class.
6. Type the submittal password, then click Submit. (this is not your account password. this is the common work request password for everyone.)
7. After your request, it will take you to a screen that shows the status of all the work orders you have that you have submitted.
