Students auditioned in May to be part of this every day activity for the 2008-2009 school year. Each student rotated through a variety of different studio jobs which gave them broadcasting skills as well as the technical skill required to broadcast a professional-looking show to 1,200 students, staff, and faculty each day of school. The 8th grade cast members are; Sean Bartlett, Ron Bogart, Tom Detrick, Kayla Fish, Taylor Fish, Kubilay Kochar, Jewel Henderson, Ty Gable, Colette Gress, Curtis Keefer, Diamanta Logan, Sean Quinn, Christine Simpson, and Reggie James. The 7th grade cast members are; Ryan Bridges, Kaitlyn Comiskey, Patrick Dykiert, Adam Hennessy, Melanie Meilinger, and Cory Fish.

Students in this activity have broadcast every school day and created scrolling announcements and musical play lists which run throughout the building in classrooms, cafeteria, and lobby. Each team developes a new intro every day. The green screen allows us to show a variety of still and moving backgrounds behind the broadcaster. This new technology allowed us to do professional looking weather reports daily. Also, our broadcast began to be uploaded daily on the web page. Mr. Toth, the advisor of the morning show, is very proud of the students in this activity. They are wonderful to work with, and they are creative, so each morning starts off with a great student production.
