JTL Food Drive
Way to go JTL! The sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students and faculty at Lambert Intermediate collected over 2000 items for our Food Drive. The volunteers at Pleasant Valley Ecumenical Network are VERY appreciative. The food will help feed many families for Thanksgiving and throughout the winter. A great big thank you to all who brought in food. And a special thank you to Mrs. Barry's class for helping to collect the food every day and to Mr. Caamano's class who helped load the trucks. You were an enormous help!
The results:
The sixth grade homerooms brought in more than 1000 items. Great job! Mr. Henritzy's homeroom brought in the most with 420 items. A big shout out to Mrs. Symonie's homeroom who brought in 123 and to Ms. Gasdaska's and Mr. Mosher's homerooms who came in third and fourth.
In seventh grade, Mrs. Calpin's homeroom kept their lead ending with 101 items. Mr. Ricciardi's and Mr. Leyrer's homeroom came in second and third.
In eighth grade it was a fierce battle between Mrs. Nicoletti's and Mr. Kimler's homerooms with Mr Kimler's homeroom winning by 3 cans. They brought in 147 items. Honorable mention goes to Mrs. Cassidy's and Mrs. Testa's homerooms. Great job!

Thanks to Student Council for decorating the collection boxes and making the great posters.
Again JTL students have shown their gratitude by sharing what they have. It is very much appreciated. Thank you!!
