Public Email Lists

Welcome! As a service to the community we have established many email lists to keep you informed of activities here in the East Stroudsburg Area School District. Subscribing is simple.

NOTE: If you are using a web-based email follow instructions at the bottom of this page.

Instructions for client-based email (i.e. Outlook, Eudora, Netscape)

1. Click on the appropriate link shown below to send a subscription email to the list. Your email client will launch and you will be prompted to send an email message to that list. There is no need to add anything to the subject line or body of the email. Simply click the SEND button.

2. You will then receive a confirmation email message that you must reply to.

3. Click the REPLY button .

4. You will then receive a "Welcome!" email message . There is no need to reply to this email message. You are now subscribed and will start receiving any messages sent to that email list.

Below are the lists currently available.

Information Line	Notification of weather delays and cancellations and other emergency announcements.
Bushkill Elementary	Newsletters, announcements, reminders and FYI for Bushkill
JM Hill Elementary	Newsletters, announcements, reminders and FYI for JM Hill
East Stroudsburg Elementary	Newsletters, announcements, reminders and FYI for JM Hill
Resica Elementary	Newsletters, announcements, reminders and FYI for Resica
Middle Smithfield Elementary	Newsletters, announcements, reminders and FYI for Middle

Instructions for web-based email (i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL)

To subscribe, send an email message to: listname-on@esasd.net

To unsubscribe, send an email message to: listname-off@esasd.net

NOTE: "listname" should be substituted with the name of the list. For example, sending an email to jmhill.info-on@esasd.net would subscribe you to the JM Hill Elementary email list. Currently we have the following lists available - weatherdelays, infoline, bushkill.info, resica.info, ese.info, middle.info, smithfield.info, jmhill.info, jtlambert.info, lehman.info, south.info and north.info. Descriptions of each list are shown above.

After sending the first email you will then receive a confirmation email message that you must reply to.

Finally, you will then receive a "Welcome!" email message . There is no need to reply to this email message.
You are now subscribed and will start receiving any messages sent to that email list.
