Stick your neck out and see the big picture. Be a person of vision! Stick your neck out. Be a problem solver instead of a problem! Stick your neck out. Be responsible to yourself, others, and the school. It takes courage to stick your neck out, but leaders do it--every day. More courageous people with vision are needed. Accept the challenge. Stick your neck out. And encourage others to do the same.

Each Friday, a staff member of Resica will be presented with the "Above and Beyond" giraffe statue.  The staff member will be chosen by the previous week's winner.  Recipients are those who are not only dedicated to the art of teaching and working with children, but selflessly seek to be a person of vision, a problem solver, as well as, a pillar of hope and promise!
