Each year the 4th grade students have an opportunity to travel back into time.  The students each chose a famous person to further explore.  The students work hard both in and out of class reading about the person they have chosen, collecting items that represent that individual, writing a brief report highlighting important facts about that person's life, and finally, becoming a "wax" replica of that individual.  During the Wax Museum, parents and grandparents visited each room and simply needed to push a button located on each student's desk in order to have the famous person talk about his/her life.  The students did a fabulous job, not only explaining the life of their chosen person, but also in chosing such diverse people to portray.  Below is a sampling of the various figures represented.
