    Educational & Coaching Background:
I graduated from East Stroudsburg University in December 2009 with a dual Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education.  During my time at ESU, I participated in Kappa Delta Pi, Honors Society for Education; Sigma Pi Epsilon Delta, Honors Society for Special Education and Rehabilitation; Best Buddies; Council For Exceptional Children; and PSEA.  After graduation, I immediately went into my Master Program at Arizona State University for Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis where I completed my program in December of 2011.  Currently, I am working towards completing my Board Certification for Behavior Analysis (BCBA).

Upon completion of my Bachelor's degree, starting at the end of January 2010, I obtained a Long Term Substitute position here at North within the Special Education Department. I was then entrusted the full-time position starting the following school year at North High School.  I have been with the school district for five years, four of which I have been teaching here at North.  Prior to teaching, I started within the school district as a coach.  I coached Lehman Intermediate Girl Basketball during the 2008-2009 school year.  Following that I began coaching at High School North as an Assistant Girls Basketball Coach and an Assistant Girls Track and Field coach.  I coached for two more years after that.

    Personal Background:
After college I met my husband, and we married October 2010.  We currently have two children, a girl and a toddler boy, with a third due in September 2014.  We first lived here within the East Stroudsburg Area School District and my oldest daughter attended Notre Dame Elementary School through 2nd grade.  We have since moved out of the district but still have family ties all over this district!
