    Intramurals and Summer Conditioning
     
    Intramurals and summer conditioning start on Monday, July 02, 2018, at 7:30AM in the parking lot behind the stadium at High School - South.  Summer conditioning will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings throughout the summer.  Summer conditioning will not be held when it is raining or when it is very likely to rain.  You must have a permission form signed by a parent/guardian to participate in summer conditioning.  Please meet in the parking lot behind the High School - South stadium.  Athletes should bring at least 1 16oz. bottle of water or sports drink, dress appropriately for the weather, and wear appropriate footwear for running.
     

    Fall Practice Schedule

     
    Fall practice begins on Monday, August 13, 2018.
     
    To participate in fall practice, athletes must have submitted the PIAA Pre-participation Physical Examination forms to the Athletic Office.  The PIAA forms packet is available in the Main Office at JTL and the Main Office at High School - South.  Completed PIAA forms can be turned into Dr. Peeke, the Main Office at JTL, the Main Office at High School - South, or the Athletic Office in the Administrative Center.
     
    Athletes are expected to be able to run 2 miles or 25 minutes continuously at the start of fall practice.  
     
    Prior to the start of the school year, fall practice will be held Monday through Friday in the early morning at High School - South.  Please check the Calendar page regularly for updates to the practice schedule.  Please meet in the parking lot behind the High School - South stadium.  Athletes should bring at least 1 16oz. bottle of water or sports drink, dress appropriately for the weather, and wear appropriate footwear for running.
     
    After the Start of the School Year
     
    Starting Monday, August 27, 2018, practice will be held Monday through Friday afternoons from 2:30PM to 4:05PM at JTL.  Please change in the locker room and meet outside of the Guidance Office.  Athletes should bring at least 1 16oz. bottle of water or sports drink, dress appropriately for the weather, and wear appropriate footwear for running.
     
    To join the cross country team after the start of the school year, students must be able to run 2 miles (25 minutes) without stopping.  To participate in scrimmages and meets, athletes must have participated in practices for the prior two weeks.
