  • Shanti Student Yoga designed for absolute beginners and those with experience. We practice gentle yoga poses, short meditations, deep relaxation, outdoor yoga, and teach mindfulness tools for self-care. Our intention is to give students practices they can use to live an aware, peaceful, and passionate life.


    We meet every Monday from 2:45 - 4:00 pm.
