  • Shanti Students after school yoga program is designed for absolute beginners and those with experience. We practice gentle yoga poses, short meditations, deep relaxation, outdoor yoga, and teach mindfulness tools for self-care. Our intention is to give students practices they can use to live an aware, peaceful, and passionate life.

      

    We Meet Every Monday from 2:45 - 4:00 pm near the pool.
