Mrs. Elsie Della-Calce teaches 6th, 7th, and 8th grade health and physical education. She has been teaching at Lehman since 2002.
Mrs. Della-Calce is part of Lehman's Health and wellness committee. This committee provides opportunities for students to sample healthy foods and participate various physical activities throughout the school year.
Mrs. Della-Calce after-school activities include Fitness and nutrition club as well as running a concession stand that offers students healthy snacks after school.
When not at Lehman Mrs. Della-Calce can be found spending time with family, playing softball or cheering on the Giants, NY Rangers, and NY Mets.
