The JM Hill K-Kids, a dedicated group of 60 fourth and fifth graders, took the lead in planning, organizing, and running a donation drive for the AWSOM Animal Shelter. They designed eye-catching posters to spread the word and created a flyer to send home, inviting the entire school to participate in a friendly competition to see which grade could collect the most donations. Students gathered essential supplies like food, blankets, towels, toys, water bowls, cleaning products, collars, and more. Over the course of two weeks, their hard work paid off—collecting an impressive 360 items to support AWSOM!
