What's So Cool About Manufacturing VOTING starts March 27th!
JTL students Omar Abdellall, Liam Davis, Jerry Lambert, Jack Heagele, and Rylee Davis recently visited Weiler Abrasives in Cresco, PA. Their mission? Show how cool manufacturing can be! Weiler, a local company, hires hundreds of employees to make a wide variety of finishing products such as flap disks, wire brushes, and grinding wheels. On their last visit with Mr. Toth, Media Design teacher, the students took three GoPro cameras and recorded multiple interviews of employees, designers, and creators to show off a multi-million dollar manufacturing process that has been developed over Weiler's history.
Voting for the Viewer's Choice Award takes place on March 27th-March 29th. Click HERE to place your vote and to see our finished video. This link will not work until 12am, March 27th so you will have to wait until then to see what we have developed but I can tell you, it is awesome work by these great JTL students!
