Student ID Badge Replacement

Replacement Cards:

  • A replacement fee of $7.00 will be assessed for lost student ID badges. (Note: Only ONE student ID badge can be active at a time. DO NOT order multiple badges.)

    • Students will receive new badges at the beginning of the school year. If a replacement is needed, it can be ordered after September 2, 2025. 

New student ID badges will be issued at the beginning of each school year.

Student ID badges will be used for the following:

  • Identification (by having on one’s person at all times on school property)

  • Late Sign-in/Early Sign-Out (by scanning Student ID Card at the front desk) 

  • Pupil Transportation (by scanning Student ID Card when entering/leaving a bus)

  • Food Services (by scanning Student ID Card at the register)

  • Library Services  (by scanning Student ID Card when checking out library resources) 

  • Chromebook Login (by scanning Student ID Card on device - currently grades K-2 only)


Expectations: 

“SCHOOL DISTRICT ISSUED PHOTO ID shall be on one’s person, or on a lanyard, at all times and shall be produced when requested by district staff upon entrance into school activities or at any time when a student’s identity is in question.” – School District Policy 221.

  • Students will be expected to carry their student ID badges with them from the time they enter school property (including on school buses) until they leave school property each day.
